The Lewis Lab
Adaptive Evolution & Ecological Change
Interested in joining the lab, having me host a bioethics seminar or give a research talk, maybe collaborating? Please see below.
For Bioethics Workshops and Research Seminars
For research seminars, please send an email and describe the projected audience, the time allotment, and the dates of travel. For ethics workshops, describe the room in which it will be held.
For interested undergraduate students
Undergraduates interested in disease ecology, species interactions, or evolutionary biology are encouraged to inquire about research opportunities in the lab directly. Please reach out to me to introduce yourself and your research interests. A great time to begin undergraduate research is in your sophomore year. The earliest time to reach out is the end of freshman year.
For interested graduate students
Prospective graduate students should please send me a CV and a description of their research interests (and how working with us would help them meet these interests). I take Master’s and PhD students through the Biology PhD program in the Department of Biological Sciences. See more info here:
Biology Graduate Program at USC
For Interested Postdocs
To inquire about potential postdoctoral opportunities, please email me with a CV and a brief statement of interest (1-2 pg) that describes your research experience and interests, your postdoctoral training goals, and how our group is a good fit.
